Am at the resort right now. No upgrade given at checkin because “full” (even though website shows inventory in every category) but moving to the Turquoise suite tomorrow if all goes well.
Some quirks in service - but overall quite good. The F&B is spectacular though - I feel I must highlight it. Every meal at every restaurant, including room service, is absolutely nothing short of excellent - and it’s not exorbitantly priced, either. This is more impressive than some of the other high end properties I’ve been to, as resorts typically don’t try very hard - it’s not like you can just go outside and eat - so extra bonus points to it.
If anyone’s here now, ping me - let’s have a beer and swap stories.
Same experience. Had to give the front desk agent a nudge (and not a gentle one for that matter) for the upgrade to the turquoise suite.
