A lot of flights from Dubai seem to leave at odd 3-am hours.

I had a flight that left from HKG-ICN that took off at like 1:15am... redeye for a 4 hour flight..

Cathay's flight from SFO, China Air and EVA also leave at the wee hours of the night (but they may be in the 12:30 range or so).
