Either way your order would have been placed with a very large order, and from what I gathered it is nearly impossible/too hard for lazy eCost CSR rep's to search inside one large order for specific info.

On another note, your last post said that your friends order was 'In Progress 3' since June 23rd? Or did you mean July? Because June was quite a long time ago and at least one wave of people have had their iPod's ship in that time.
