I become a US citizen in 2018 (Australian with green card) and went to YYZ Nexus office and added my US passport, however Jan 4, 2019 I flew into YUL and I was flagged because my Nexus card was showing my Australian passport (which need Canada ETA) and secondary could not see my US passport details even though the new card has citizen: USA so I was told to go to the Nexus office YUL but they were closed due to the US government shutdown.
After looking through TTP account both passports are in the system but my Australian one is first (if that matters). Is there a way to have CBSA delete the Australian passport without going to nexus office? I don't know why they insisted that it stays in the system since I can't use it to enter Canada or the US.
I am going to be in Toronto in 2 weeks, does anyone know if the Nexus office is open and have gone? I assume if so the US side is closed due to the US government shutdown. (it probably will go on after I fly to Toronto YYZ) Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to fly into YYZ using my Nexus card instead of regular line.
