The one catch with VA to keep in mind is that the inflight bar is incredibly obnoxious - invariably, a couple drunk bozos take up residence there and have loud conversations with each other all flight. Take a look at the seat map and see if you'd be stuck within a couple-seat radius of it - if so, that would be enough to convince me to fly Delta instead. It generates a ton of ambient noise during the flight, and this is a flight you absolutely want to try to get some sleep on...
