I tend to use most of my points on 5th night free stays on in season bookings (cash rates of $250+ vs 40-50k pts/night). Outside of that, I tend to find a lot of $115-150 cash rates on shorter stays that tend to not make a lot of sense for a points redemption (30-50k pts/night).
