Can I use a voucher on a PNR that has tickets for my whole family (the voucher will not be sufficient to cover the cost of my ticket)? I am EXP and want everyone to get the benefits and also in the event of IRROPS.

Question 2: The voucher I have says ***OU*** on it. I’m assuming, based on the wiki, that means that there won’t be any tax adjustments and it will simply be used as a credit towards the ticket price. In that case, does it make sense for me to just go to airport to ticket the trip instead of mailing since there are no tax issues to be worried about? Airport is near my office and easy to get to. Thanks.
