My *guess* would be NO because they're not Hyatts and there's no business reason for doing so. Kids don't gamble (by law in most jurisdictions) so they don't increase profits for a casino hotel. In fact, if parents have kids along on a trip, the parents are very likely themselves to spend little or no time gambling.
