I'm not surprised that DTW-GRU is gone as its (seasonal) frequency had been decreasing.
AF will fly a Dreamliner from MSP next summer. AF is 1x daily 789. KL is, I believe, 4x weekly A333.
I do suspect DL may add DUB as it sees EI’s loads and adds some more wide bodies to its fleet.
