In viewing Delta's schedule through the spring and summer of 2019, they appear to be filling all legs of the A350-900XWB flights up to the point they are all staying as daily legs. That's gotta be good as DL doesn't need to create any "3 time a week" or "4 times a week" routes to keep the A359 fleet up in the air making money. And the two coming on board within the next 60+ days will appear to be kept quite busy also. DL appears to be using the 2 coming in 2020 (1H) on the MSP-PVG-MSP route - If the route can be implemented using only 1 A/C, another daily leg will need to be created. Any speculations come to mind?
You still seem stuck on the idea that a plane does just one route, back and forth. In reality it rarely works that way
