Why tempt fate when you know you are being closely scrutinized by the provider. Anything out of line would be picked up immediately.

I agree with letting things lie dormant for a while (months at least). Then restart the program with small and logical deposits and withdrawals that will not invite human monitoring of the account.

While I agree that there are few alternatives, IMO having a functional Serve card is better than being banned from having one.
