Checked-in yesterday at 7pm. App showed 1 category upgrade (lowly gold). Asked about the excutive lounge access and was told fully book for the next 3 nights (website indicated otherwise).

I offered to pay for the upgrade. Magically excutive rooms with lounge access were available but only for night 2 and 3.

edit: TBH50 for a bucket of ice cubes delivered to the room? First time I encountered in any hotels. If only self-service available.
