seems juluca only has 1 that is standalone 2BR, others require booking multiple rooms to have entire villa to oneself (similar to maroma and most of the bungalows at el encanto)

low season rate not bad at all, especially for 2BR, plus low density on great private beach

also seems juluca has 3 owned villas (consisting of multiple rooms) as belmond mentioned that in financials, curious to see what belmond / LVMH do in future, could be good !
