Not sure what role he has at CJ, but look for "Eli" - saw a photo of him on social media in Cap Juluca/Belmond uniform. He was previously at Jacala and Veya (two of our favorite restaurants in Anguilla) and Eli is fantastic. Very helpful, nice, could go on... Belmond-now-LV got a treasure.
