i hope to get some inspirational pointers here as well as i think we covered most destinations with chain properties... anotyher challenge is that the volume of tourism in the area rose 5-10 fold over the last 10 years making the region less attractive imho...
should probably try smth outside the (points) box like el nido resorts or start exploring south america more...
