I’m travelling to Sydney next month, and the (J class) flight out there will take me over the 1500 points for gold status. However, I’ve been flying only with Qantas this year despite sticking with Executive Club - so I’ll still be two flights short of being able to use the first class lounge on the way back.

As I don’t really have time for a proper break before then, wondering the most economical way to get those two flights in for just a weekend.
