Just had a stay over New Year's, and as previously mentioned the breakfast benefit is $52 off at either 20Twenty (Westin) or 7 Mile Kitchen (Sheraton). Make sure you get physical vouchers to redeem if you get the breakfast benefit - I wasn't given them, and now have to see if they corrected the charges after calling it in (and the breakfast is not worth it without the plat benefit).

If anything, this hotel seems to suffer from staffing issues, and quite a few negative reviews on TA seem to echo that. Some observations on my trip:

• Checkin took 10 minutes to just get to someone as they only had one person working up front for most of it (a second employee walked out as I arrived).
• Housekeeping never consistently restocked the room (either missing towels, water bottles, or toilet paper), and left a bag of opened chips in the room prior to checkin.
• Housekeeping carts were left overnight in the hallways, and the utility room doors were constantly left open.
• Trash bins in the parking lot were left overflowing for 2-3 days.

I probably will try a different place for the next visit to LegoLand even if it involves a driving to the park.
