Yes, of course. As you say, the immunised joint-ventures are anti-competitive (that's why they have to be immunised - i.e. given a "waiver" to do what would otherwise be illegal) and it is great that there are upstarts that have challenged the status quo on the transatlantic markets. Long may that continue!
Those are fair points! My thoughts were just about the way the data is presented in the table
