I've been trying to get a 1st class award ticket to EZE...well anytime in the future. I found 1 outbound in April and then no return flight ever. This may be normal, but on most flights not even 1 seat in 1st has been sold. From previous posts I have figured out how to check the award availability so for the flight in April they only have 1 1st seat available with no 1st sold.

Can someone explain how they allocate or is this just random?

Oh yeah, I'm flying to EZE in November on United Business then back on Varig Business. Has anyone had any experience with these flights? How is the comfort and service on these flights (763 & M11).
