I think this is a good enough value to redeem the miles. My concern at this time of the year would be whether I'll wish later I had banked the EQM from the paid ticket. But that's because my foremost goal is hitting EXP so as to fly most of my work-paid economy tickets in first instead. Of course that also influences what I consider a good value redemption; since I'm doing most of my long-haul personal flights on a paid basis to hit status, I'm willing to spend the miles on lower value targets. I generate more than I use anyway, so it's not a big loss to burn a few here or there on a domestic ticket.
