It was me, my guest, and another party of 3 standing around at 04:30. I expressed I was disappointed and sent photo of the sign and screen shot of the app. I wasn't particularly histrionic I don't think, and I try to keep my complaints to a dull roar because I don't want to be crying wolf, reporting every time they disappoint me.
