I have about 250k AA miles and another 100k I have access to, have been saving them for J or F international travel when I have time.

The tickets for this segment range from the normal $500-$800+, should I use the 25k or just pay cash as usual?

I know it might not be the best use of the points but it doesnt seem to be horrible either, just dont want to waste them.

Thanks!
If it is Saver F, and you have access to Ultimate Rewards or Membership Rewards, I would transfer 15,000 miles to British Airways Avios and redeem that way.

EDIT - due to the length of this flight, it may be more than 15,000 Avios, so disregard...
