The platinum breakfast is a separate buffet and restaurant than the regular full buffet at the restaurant. The platinum buffet options included: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, rice and beans, fresh fruit, assorted pastries/bread, juice and coffee. They also had an omelet station. It is not quite as extensive as the regular buffet breakfast, but more than acceptable. It is served at the upstairs restaurant and you can sit outside and enjoy a nice view.
