May I suggest that you check with AC re the number of oxygen masks in that row on a 777. That may become a complication if there are only 3 masks for seats AB rather than 4 if seat C existed. Your having seat D may alleviate the problem but one of the twins may need to be located there.
Us two adults with a Lap Infant can't be in the same "block" because of masks. One of us will be sitting in AB with our 8 year old and the other in D for that reason
