Hash browns as well as omelets can be ordered for a reduced charge by Platinums. Call me picky but it's not a breakfast I would lose time for in the morning or pay extra. Evening wine hour (a la Andaz) had an Italian wine during out stay (Bianco Delle Venezie, Le Pianure, Friuli, 2017, Friulano they sell it for 13GBP a glass, 25 a bottle and is the cheapest white on their wine list).
The selection of the buffet is indeed not wide, but I find the quality very good. Especially the bread was really good quality.
If I was on vacation and wanted a long and big breakfast before heading out, I might want more selection. But even then, for most days I would not fall short here.
