Some people may not even have checked out of a stay yielding 2018 nights/stay credit - it's pretty unreasonable to expect this to be done yet. As some people are likely still staying for a few more days, and then MR says wait 10 days for nights to post, and then they start looking into any late posting issues, I'd say Feb. 1 as a best case to do this processing.

And MR IT isn't exactly best case right now.
