Like I mentioned upthread: I exchanged a $100 bill the first day of my stay at the exchange desk in the lobby.

I figured i was potentially getting the sucker rate, so only exchanged a little.
However, it turns out that was the best exchange rate of the trip! I also appreciated the ability to change and count back my money in an unrushed, quiet environment instead of some Xe joint on a busy street or with slight of hand tricks going on. I never trust moneychangers, so it was nice to have the lobby desk to splay out the piles of bills and coin for counting.
