That would be nice, but it's really not just a question of not granting passengers access to the space. If a CX passenger wanted an AA agent to check them in, AA would somehow have to take control of the ticket/coupon, create the check-in record, issue the boarding pass, and then return control of it to CX. It's not impossible, even across the SABRE/Amadeus divide, but it's not worth it.

In order for it to make sense for any CX passenger to have access to Flagship First check-in, they would probably have to station an agent in there with CX's system loaded into the computer. And even then, given that agents often work together or need each other, having a lone agent there might not work...if something goes wrong it will create confusion for passengers trying to check in there; if they need assistance, they will have to call over another agent from across the terminal; that single agent can create a lot more than his/her own value in efficiencies and do a lot more to keep things moving overall if stationed with the rest of the agents.

For all of those reasons, I don't see CX ever using Flagship First Check-In at JFK when they have their very own dedicated section at the other end of the hall.
