Ah makes sense now, and I do see that LAX-MCO is one of the routes they plan to use that plane on. Looking at the seat map, 28A looks like one of the best coach seats with no seat in front of it, also the LAV looks to be in front of row 27 so wouldn't worry much about that also any lav traffic will be more noticeable to those on the aisle and yes that plane will have power at every seat so you're good there as well and supposedly faster wifi as well with ViaSat.
