From SFO:
I have had in 2018:
Cottage pies on the LHR flights.
Boeuf Bourguignon on the CDG flights
Lots of tomato soup w/grilled cheese sandwiches on the Asia flights.

everything runs out, so you have to reserve the hot mid-flight meal in advance.
