I got the Chase Sapphire Reserve when it first came out and promptly used it to upgrade my Emerald status to Executive. Was easy to do and worked like a charm. I recently noticed sometime over the last few months all my National emails no longer were branded Emerald Executive but simply Emerald. I called National today and verified my status level was moved back to general member. I asked why and they weren't able to give me any information. When I asked if they can correct this because it is still a valid partnership they emailed me the link for the National status match challenge. Not much help at all and clearly someone who didnt know about the partner benefits.

I called Chase and they verified its still a valid program. I logged back into Ultimate Rewards portal and tried signing up through the link. The National landing page still has the program, but once clicking through to activate the benefit it says the special offer is no longer valid. Anyone else experience this?
