If I recall correctly, the mystatus site will go down for maintenance again in a couple days, where those that make it in the first round should be notified when the mystatus site is back up after this weekend (this is just an assumption based on timing the past few years of this process). Those that make it in the second round will see 1K kits pending, and will then be surprised a couple weeks down the road when the status changes over.

Unfortunately, the whole process is just about this vague to all of us.
