How on earth can you say that?

It is a common practice by many OTA's to issue multiple tickets into the same "itinerary" as it may appear cheaper,

Unless one looks at the e-ticket as it appears in each PNR and determines that the e-ticket numbers are identical, one cannot know.

The first piece of advice to anyone experiencing a problem with an OTA itinerary is to make sure that he is on one ticket.
Often1 is offline
