I think those "prepaid" hyatt.com reservations can be changed without charge or cancelled completely for a $50 cancellation fee if beyond the usual cancellation period for the hotel. Check that out!! Otherwise, make sure you use 800-checkin, I think you're more likely to get point/stay credit then.
