I have flown to meetings in Taiwan and Singapore via NRT in Business on AA.

Both times after arriving in the afternoon at NRT, I stayed at the Hilton NRT overnight and then left the next morning for the final destination.

This put me in the correct day/night cycle for my meetings and I did much better than my colleagues who flew straight through to the meetings from the US.

Adds a day to the travel but it makes me a lot more efficient when I got there so I felt it was worth it.
