When I chatted with Citi Agent for my Citi AA platinum select card, they offered me to convert the card into a Citi A Advantage Mileup card.
I asked if there is any other possible option to waive the annual fee, they told me to contact their agent on phone. When I called them, they gave the same above offer. I'm thinking what to do now.
