Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Battle Creek and the Hampton Inn in Okemos. Some observations - if you stay at the Battle Creek, ask for an odd numbered room. Even numbered rooms face the Interstate and it can be very loud at night, even with the complimantary earplugs provided in the room. In retrospect, that should have been a tell tale sign

The propery in Okemos was great...a little off the beaten track but overall a nice property that seems to have been redone recently. Room size is much larger than the Battle Creek property.
