With IB balance -90k I can't see you creditting future Oneworld flights to your IB account to pay IB the 90k back. If you fly IB, it would not be unreasonable for IB to refuse to credit elsewhere than IB unltil the 90k is paid back
You could find, though no idea how likely/unlikely, that IB could make you buy 90k points at standard purchase rate, if necessary by court action. Since IB+BA are both IAG, IB+BA together could take action such as i)returning 90k points if there ii)cancelling future award flights to pay back the IB miles iii)canceling your IB+BA accounts.
Your transfer is deliberate and unethical, and in certain job fields could cause you to lose your job, professional qualification, and even any chance of employment in same area of business. Something I personally would never do or advise others to do. It may be safest course of action is to simply xfer that 90k back from BA to IB ?
from memory the t&c of this promotion (such as they were) didn’t say you weren’t allowed to transfer the avios.
EDIT: in fact I think at the time one of the bloggers asked IB to clarify and said you could transfer.
