My HON PA is not even calling me back and mostly not replying to mails. I was waiting for upgrades to -I- for my adult children on a flight where I had a full fare F ticket for 10 months and nothing happened. No problem to get award seats, but no upgrades. Really disappointing. I do not know, what to do concerning the PA, whom to call/mail.
