I recently booked a ticket from RDU-MNL through a third party (ExploreTrip) despite being quite aware of the risks in doing so. The itinerary is:
RDU to SFO on AS1107
SFO to PVG on MU590
PVG to MNL on MU211
Because I know that these sites are known to be questionable, I waited for the charge to go through on my card and then confirmed the ticket through China Eastern's ticket verification page on their website. China Eastern's site said that I had a ticket when I entered my e-ticket number (starts with 781). Alaska's site said I had a ticket as well when I entered my PNR code. This was about a month ago.
Today, I've just checked again today and China Eastern's site is saying that my ticket number doesn't exist. However, travelsky.com is saying that I
do have a ticket. It's still going through on Alaska's site as well. Also, when I check my ticket through these sites, it's showing the whole trip as if it's on one ticket, which I didn't think was possible with AS and MU as they don't seem to have any agreement...
Travelsky.com confirmation shows
this.
Can anyone help me figure out what I've booked? I know I shouldn't have booked through a third party, but the ticket was so cheap, that even if I lost this one and had to buy another, it still wouldn't be so bad.
Can't call ExploreTrip because I live in South Korea and they only have a US/Canada support helpline. Can't call China Eastern (today) because it's a public holiday. But I'm just trying to figure out what kind of trouble I've gotten myself into here...
