I use a small spray bottle of water and then smooth out the wrinkles. I occasionally clip a pant hanger to the cuff or hem to weigh it down while drying. If it is fairly wrinkled then I'll use the hotel iron or send it to be steamed/pressed on a cruise.
There seem to be DIY wrinkle releasers involving distilled water and fabric softener (unscented/free & clear also available nowadays) or vinegar + conditioner. The DIY versions might spot on certain fabrics so standard disclaimers to spot test in hidden areas apply.
