This year many of my domestic flights, both in first-class and Delta One business-class, have had lunches or dinners that didn't have a vegetarian option. A couple even had a beef or pasta with chicken option. I don't understand why Delta can't do more entree-sized Caesar salads with chicken on the side. It's relatively healthy and it kills two birds with one stone: meat and vegetarian.
