I purchased from DL.com and recently flew pbi-atl-icn-dps/dps-icn-atl-pbi. I received credit for everything except icn-dps, which was listed on my ticket as GA871. Ticket stock is 006, stub from that flight shows the 006 ticket number. Delta has included a z for no mileage credit when I submitted the form. Receipt shows v class.
Should I be receiving any credit? The wording of the mileage chart is confusing to me.
According to the GA earnings chart, "V" class on a GA-marketed flight does not earn anything. The screen prior to the chart explains why - "Class Exclusions: If a class is not listed, no miles are earned."
