Misspelled Name on Ticket, Corrected on Reservation, Will EUA Work?
The company travel agent misspelled my name on my ticket. I called NW, right after I noticed, they changed the name on my reservation but can't change the ticket. I'm CO Gold and the trip is on Sunday. The plane is P9 F9 (and apparently R>1, based on a conversation with reservation agent).
By my calculation, I should have been upgraded by today (Thursday). Agent I spoke to said no, three days out is Friday. She said if it tried to upgrade me last night and it had the wrong name, it would have left an error message in the file indicating such.
Weird thing is when I look at the ticket online, it has the incorrect name with NO FF number there, although on the phone they assured me the FF# was on there and the status was showing.
Anyone had any experience with this problem?
