Delta's Detroit airport property has a lounge. I think it was called the "concierge lounge." The soon-to-open Muskegon property will also have a lounge, which strikes me as unusual given that Muskegon isn't exactly a business destination. I think most or all of the legacy Delta properties in Canada have a lounge branded as a "Signature" lounge.

There seems to be no consistency whatsoever, which is very frustrating. Anyways.
MSP was a nearly gut renovation of a Wyndham or Ramada, IIR. It was very nice but surrounding area very MEH. But I was chasing brands for points on that stay.
