I don't look at other people's boarding passes and I don't wave mine around for others to see. I'm Group 2 at the worst, more often than not in Group 1. There are plenty of people who are in latter groups that hover at the Priority line. I have no problem with people stepping in front of me if I am not in the process of busting a move myself. I do have a problem with AA selling "early boarding" via kiosk or credit card enrollment. It's really just middle boarding (Group 4). These are the folks that most likely clog up the process, thinking AA has sold them something of value.
