Same btw for A waitlists. Used to work like a charm, now ending up in F rather than A becomes the norm on many of my routes...
IME my HON PA has direct access to the Top if necessary, maybe time to remind your PA of that & Spohr’s HON Circle service pledge.
Last thing LH wants is to disappoint their best customers.
