Here is a summary of the BA FFP as I understand the above responses.

If it has a BA flight number (including OW codeshares), that flight is entitled to all mileage bonuses and is counted towards the 4-BA segment requirement.

All business class flights earn a 50% cabin mileage bonus, while all first class flights earn a 100% mileage bonus.

Only BA & QF flights earn a 25% mileage bonus for BA sliver members.

Once total tier points reach the BA silver member threshold, the tier points are reset to zero and any tier points over the 600 point threshold are lost.

The requalifying period is 12 months from the time the threshold is reached and it does not matter when the 600 tier points are earned.

Is the accounting below correct if I join the BAEC in August 2004.
