To find these I literally searched United and just went through every day with business availability and checked to see if there was first as well. I suppose the search would be much shorter if you were looking for two seats as you just check the dates that already have one seat.
I have only found suites on the AKL route, but I haven't done much searching on other routes except for the SYD route hoping to get the new suite. But SQ seems to not offer any premium cabin awards to UA on that route. Not Suites, not J in a 777, nothing.
