Today I flew to JFK in J, my first Club World flight in 18 months after switching to AA. Prior to the flight I’d done the usual research on the new service, Do & Co etc

I must admit to being rather disappointed. We got no hot towel at any stage during the flight, has this been enhanced away? After takeoff I got a drink, the next time I got one was when I asked after the starters were served even though I had an empty glass. The nuts are now served in a bowl which is great but they were FREEZING cold, are they meant to be warm? Everything was served from the galley, I was under the impression it was meant to be served from a trolley? There were 2 starter options and soup & salad, we were only given a starter and no option / offer of soup or salad, is this correct?
